About the event
Join our immersive control with cattle clinic where you won’t just get exposure but loads of professional instruction both in horsemanship and on live cattle! We will discuss dry work that helps your horse use themselves efficiently as well as dial into your own horsemanship skills. Flag work and mirroring exercises to prepare you for working in the herd, making clean cuts, and keeping position and control over your cow for the boxing and ranch cutting classes.
We will split riders into two groups (6 riders each), an AM session (green riders/horses) from 8am-12pm & a PM session (intermediate/advanced riders & horses) from 2pm-6pm each day.
Lunch included for participants Saturday & Breakfast Sunday morning provided by High Rock Cowboy Church.
